Who we are

What we collect

Your email address, and, if you choose to tell us, your city, club, watch, how you plan your training today and your next goal race. We don't ask for, and don't want, any information about your health.

Why

To tell you when Runwritten opens and to invite people in small groups. We may email you a few times a year about that. Nothing else: we don't advertise, we don't sell or share your details, and we don't put tracking pixels on this site.

Where it's kept

In a database at Cloudflare in the United States. Cloudflare's Turnstile checks that you're not a bot; its privacy notice is at cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy. When you join, a confirmation email is sent through our email provider, which sees your address for that purpose only.

Visits to this site

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, stores nothing on your device and doesn't identify you; it tells us how many people came and which pages they read.

How long

Until Runwritten has opened to everyone, and at most 12 months after that, or until you ask us to remove you.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Leave the waitlist here at any time, or email hello@runwritten.com to see, change or delete what we hold; we answer within 45 days.

Changes

We'll date any change here. When Runwritten opens, its full privacy policy will replace this notice, and connecting a watch or using the Coach will ask for its own separate consent.
